Faye Miron
Principal and Founder
I help organizations move from strategy to action through thoughtful planning, engaged leadership and measuring results.
My career began in manufacturing followed by healthcare and consulting within public, non-profit and private sectors. I always loved understanding how to make organizations and people function better for which I specialized in Lean process improvement, HR and organizational development, working across Canada in both official languages.
Being 'boots on the ground' and guiding change for organizations is my passion!
In addition to working in healthcare and manufacturing, I have experience in liquor and lottery, government and office administration, education, child and family, addiction, construction and economic development. I have supported over 100 First Nation organizations to set up and mature HR practices, improve operations and governance functions.
I bring my Lean training, Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and Certified Indigenous Human Resources Professional (CIHRP) designations and experience along with access to an amazing network of collaborative professionals.
I am passionate about turning words into action and helping contribute to organizational and personal success!
