A Glimpse Into Some Projects 

Private Sector | HR Transformation

A national general contractor company was implementing new software and required change management expertise.  We worked with stakeholders to understand the impacts and implemented a change management plan while training an internal resource on the approach.   

Result: A customized change management plan adapted to each region and mentorship of an internal resource to continue supporting change across the organization.

Private Sector | Department Review

A technical call centre was experiencing retention challenges and high staff turnover.  We gathered employee input and analyzed operational data to identify mis-matches between call demands, administrative tasks and resourcing.

Result: A proposed schedule and resourcing model aligned with demand data as well as staff engagement strategies

Public Sector | HR Transformation

A crown corporation was struggling to implement its new Human Resources Management System (HRMS).  We organized the modules into phases, set up cohesive project management processes and put a robust communication and engagement strategy into place. We also designed a framework to transition the project into routine IT operations.  

Result: A coordinated implementation per project schedule and excellent adoption of the new system.

Non-Profit | Organizational Structure

The structure no longer worked due to recent changes with programs and services. We collected participant input, assessed the division of programs and services as well as communication mechanisms to identify barriers and opportunities to improve the organization of departments and reporting hierarchy.

Result: A balanced organizational structure, new job descriptions and a training needs framework to support  changes in the job descriptions

Public Sector | Planning

A post-secondary administrative department needed a 3-year strategy to deal with changes affecting its services.  Jurisdictional research on similar organizations, interviews with executives and a strategic planning session to define the vision, mission and key objectives were coordinated.    

Result: A detailed roadmap of activities including ownership and timeline along with a change management plan to guide implementation.
